Cast on critical skill gem bricked

Second time this happened to me, first it was the blasphemy gem a few days ago and while I was happy to see it patched yesterday, for me that one is still bricked.

But just now my Cast on crit also bricked and I am pretty sure its related to a weapon swap ( use chiming staff)

Just like the Blasphemy one did before, it says there is no skill in the slot when there is, and nothing let its reactivate.

This is a brutally gameplay destroying bug and I will have to spend currency I don't have atm to now fix a new CoC, so I am forced to try and farm the currency for a replacement with half my build disabled.

now, do I even risk going for a corrupted +1 if it can brick again at any given moment?
