Vessel of Kulemak boss fight unable to move

While starting the last phase of the Vessel of Kulemak fight, the player is pinned between the fissure and the stairs while facing the middle throne.

The player is unable to move, dodge, run or do any other skill that would allow him to exit the fissure area.

Withing the same fight, the boss hp bar disappeared as well.
