Hammer of Kamasa didn't drop

Can't complete the Treasures of Utzaal quest. I've killed the boss but the Hammer of Kamasa hasn't dropped. I've disabled my loot filter just in case (I'm not sure loot filters can filter quest items but whatever). Last bumped on Sep 12, 2025, 2:57:08 PM

I just ran into the same Issue. I killed him extremely fast with Lightning Arrow Deadeye so he never really got a chance to move from where the fight starts, but i see nothing here.
