Network problem or Optymalization PoE2

Like this is a very strange problem, im know its not my connection problem exacly becouse sometimes when im die or just teleport to base to sell some trash and go back to map where im end my network show spikes of high ping and low ping: for example im play i have like 20 MS its good, game works perfect, then some one mob or group of it kills me (bad luck) then my character respawn at chekpoint and i got pikes from 100MS to even 2000MS im go to base i have again normal 20MS... So im just go back to Map and Network show again 100MS to 2000MS So um just go try clear a room but im die again and what is happend? my Network show its back to normal 20MS or still on 100-2000
