2 ATLAS PASSIVE POINTS UNUSABLE

Hello

After finishing a quest i've been given 2 additional atlas passive points, but cannot use them.
I have done other quests and the others i can use normally (like "you've received 2 additional passive atlas points", so i was at 4, but i could use only the newest 2).
The icon "2 atlas passive points available" is still there.
I tried already to log out/in, to no avail: icon is there but i cannot use them.

I hope you can check on the issue
