Bug Report - Witchhunter Invincibility Issue with Black Crow Boss After Recent Update 0.3c

Dear GGG Team and Forum Moderators,I am writing to report a significant bug that has occurred in Path of Exile 2 following the latest update (version 0.3c, assuming this is the current patch). This issue involves the Witchhunter class's Judge, Jury, and Executioner (Decimating Strike) Ascendancy node and its interaction with the Black Crow boss encounter.Bug Description:Character Details: I am playing a Witchhunter build focused on the Judge, Jury, and Executioner (Decimating Strike) Ascendancy, which deducts a random percentage (5-30%) of the enemy's life before the hit when striking enemies at full life.
Issue Observed: After the recent update, during the Black Crow boss fight, the boss's health bar becomes locked in an invincibility state indefinitely. Specifically, the boss remains in its initial phase with full invincibility (no damage taken), and it fails to transition to the next phase. The boss does not proceed to pick up the bell and ram the door, leading to a softlock or endless loop without progression.
Reproduction Steps:Enter the Black Crow boss arena in the endgame or relevant map.
Engage the boss using Witchhunter skills that trigger the Decimating Strike effect.
Attempt to reduce the boss's health – the health bar will not deplete, and the boss stays invincible.
The boss fails to grab the bell and ram the door, remaining stuck in the invincible phase without transitioning.

Expected Behavior: The boss should lose invincibility after sufficient damage, transition phases properly (including running to pick up the bell when health reaches a certain threshold), and allow progression upon defeating it.
Additional Notes: This only started happening post-update; prior to the patch, the encounter worked fine with the same build. I have tested it multiple times on different maps/instances, and the issue persists.
