Persistent Ground I and II break Earthquake

When using Persistent Ground I or II with Earthquake, the jagged ground created can no longer be exploded using Shockwave Totem.

To Reproduce:

1. Slot Persistent Ground support (either one) on Earthquake skill
2. Slot Shockwave Totem
3. Attack the ground one time with Earthquake (notice jagged ground is created)
4. Place Shockwave Totem on top of jagged ground from step 3.

Expected result: jagged ground shows explosion effect each time totem attacks

Actual result: jagged ground does not hav explosion effect.
