Rabbit Talisman is either bugged or needs update to description

Right now it says 10% increase spirit which implies it increases your scepters spirit by 10%, but it only scales off the original 100 spirit value so it only gives you a flat 10 spirit. It should say plus 10 spirit flat if that is working as intended, as implying it scales the spirit already there is misleading. Also the soul core of Azcapa gives martial weapons a flat plus 15 spirit. Is this really intended?
