Rageforged 1 not working with corrupting cry 1 on Infernal cry

When I have 30 rage and use infernal cry that has both Corrupting Cry and Rageforged, it does not consume the rage to increase the damage of the Corrupting Cry.
Interestingly if there happens to be a corpse nearby, it does consume 10 rage, presumably to increase the damage of exploding corpse from Warcaller's Bellow.

While I am on the subject of warcry bugs, I would like to confirm that Fortifying cry still does not scale damage properly with Corrupting Cry, while it scales from your your strength as expected, it does not scale from support gems or passive skill tree nodes, with one exception that I tested which was Deafining Cries passive node, that I was able to confirm does work and increase the damage.
