I tried to trade for a helmet on trade

I was invited into area tried to trade for the helmet I wanted for 7 ex orbs it would not allow to trade with player after I received the item idk why I just had a fine transaction and it worked fine so idk what bugged out but he left my party while I was explaining it would not let me trade with him for some reason
