Sacrificial Heart perma-locked in my inventory

So I forgot to get the knife and sacrifice the heart at the alter in act 3. Progressedand did the cataclysm, now I can't go back to the Aggorat and sacrifice it, and I can't put it in my stash or discard it cos it's a quest item, so it's just taking up space in my inventory.

Need a hot fix for this as it's like permanently locked in my inventory lol, when we had cruel mode I could just use the teleporter again but obviously don't have that now and after the cataclysm it’s inaccessible.

My character name is ArKiingssss if there's anything you can do in the meantime.
