Ability to build up charged staff in BOSS FIGHTS ONLY, not possible. completely stops.

As the title says. ONLY in boss fights. once the boss is around 50% hp, you completely lose your ability to build up charged staff the rest of the fight :( Even when all requirements are met.

UPDATE : started boss fight without charged staff built up...CANNOT build up charged staff in a boss fight AT ALL. until boss is about 10% health.

bump in hoping someone sees this and fixes this HUGE bug for ice monks. game is unplayable unless you stay away from every single boss possible.
