Hammer of Kamasa

Hello,
I have cleared the Molten Vault and beat Mektul 3 times on my new league character(not hardcore) and each time he failed to drop the Hammer of Kamasa. I already have the reforge bench but I would like the quest to clear from this character's list. I tried clearing twice with a buddy and once solo. The final time I waited a while for the gold river to get further along before killing him. I appreciate any assistance. Last bumped on Sep 12, 2025, 8:59:09 AM

On my third character for 0.3 and this is the first one that I can't pick up the Hammer. It just doesn't drop.
