Derelict mansion Bug Id 541,703,331

Is this map bugged for everyone? At this point I think it needs to be removed from the game until it works, I've come across it 4 times and the boss either can't be fought or drops nothing when it can.

managed to enter it boss doesn't interact with you at all and just can't finish the map at all
