CANT PROGRESS STORY (ACT IV)

I killed the boss and died at the same time. After respawning, the quest says to enter the excavation site but I can't. The door to enter doesn't exist. I have a screenshot but not sure how to upload...

Try to kill the boss again in a new area instance (e.g. by using the menu item "Respawn at checkpoint").
