THE SKIN TRANSFER CONSUMABLE IN THE POE 2 SHOP IS STILL BUGGED/UNUSABLE ON PS5

It’s been almost 2 week, and still no word on a patch for this issue. Me and many others have spent money on an item that no longer works and that’s absolutely unacceptable. It begs the question as to what else in the shop isn’t working properly? Something needs to be done on GGG’s part. People are being cheated out of money and a feature due to this bug. Will there be a patch coming for this?
