Unable to load (character/destination) causes game to shutdown.

Hello i will just say what happened in leadup.

My first game of the day, I had logged into the endgame area after completing interlude yesterday. I wanted to check ange so went to hideout. I saw doryani there and that you could use the map in hideout. Great i thought as the area was a bit gloomy.

I proceeded to load a map-necropolis. I play witch-chaos-minion, with a spectre. The game ran ok apart from the occasional issue with performance which leads the game to look like its being streamed rather than on the system. Similar to playing xbox cloud game.

The issue started when:
I was playing on necropolis. I had cleared a few of the bosses and had a couple left.
Id just eliminated a boss and left my minions fighting some mobs whilst i placed down a portal to go empty my loot in storage.
I wondered if its ok to do so midfighting but it worked anyway.

I went to the hideout emptied bag into storage. Then purchased 40 wisdom scrolls.
Then i tried to re enter through the portal. That is when the game closed.

Upon reloading the game I could enter the character screen but no further.
I tried repeatedly reloading the character. Sometimes it would close upon loading the game. Other times I would make it to character select then it would close when i load the character.

I tried deleting the xbox temp storage of poe2.then retried. Still same issue but i was able to load onto my other character (alys) so noted it may be the problem with (ebony).

I retried loading Ebony and found but this time loading into hideout rather than just normal loading. I got into hideout- however when re entering portal to go back to the zone it would close the game again.

The main things i did that were differwnt here were being in necropolis. Portaling whilst minions were in fight. Spamming buy wisdom scrolls then immediately try to portal.

Since it seemed to be a problem with the game trying to load a particular state of the game on necropolis.
I tried- loading into hideout- cancelling portal to necropolis by starting a new mission in fortress. The mission loaded.

Test 1- test the portal function. Works.
Test 2- repeat going to stoarage then npc then portal. Works
Test 3- get in a fight and leave minions to portal- worked.

I wonder if i killed the last boss with minion + essence drain whilst portaling away and being in wrong zone when got completion. Unable to get recorsings once a game closes making it difficult to record.
However incase you look this up on your end. About 7am uk time this started.

However I will add. During free to play weekend this game worked alot better.

So far I have.
Necropolis mission- game closes. Just black screens and dashboards to xbox home.
Tring to reload game whilst in necropolis closes game.
Trying to force load into hideout allows me to get into game.
Using necropolis portal breaks game.

Started another mission and completed it.

Retried loading a mission in necropolis- again scloses game. This time without dashboarding, just kicking me back to game login screen. Gave a message(disconnected. failed to connect to instance)

I have now reloaded the game. Game character + minions are frozen in hideout and cannot move. Then 10 seconds after. (Disconnected, an unexpected error occurred)

It seems that by the game having a currwnt instance of this map it is breaking the game for me
