Ange stole 6 tabs worth of items

Have 6 merchant tabs, filled them up on PC and logged out. Logged into PS5 later that night but never touched Ange. Checked for any sales on PC next day and tabs were all empty. Made ticket and was told to post here for help.

1. On the PC I renamed my tabs from 3,4,7,8,9,10 to 1,2,3,4,5,6 and added items to every tab.
2. I would guess 90% of the items locked, not sure if I needed to stay for all 100%
3. I logged off on the PC
4. Logged into the Playstation a bit later, never checked Ange
5. Logged into PC next morning to see if anything sold and now it appears my tab names have reverted back to 3,4,7,8,9,10 and the items are gone. I checked my stash and the items are gone there as well. Checked for any sale history but there is none, appears like the game rolled back merchant tabs but not personal stash.

It was already unchecked but I tried checking it and unchecking again but tabs are still empty.

Did you remember to switch back to your pc account on character select screen? On Xbox you press R3 (not sure on other platforms) to get the little drop down account select thingy

Tried switching accounts but I have no characters on my other account.

Yep, I don't have any remove only. Tried with the hide remove tabs checked and unchecked in case of a visual bug.

I assume my 6 tabs worth of items are gone for good. Seen a few other posts about similar bug but no one has gotten a developer response or a fix. Just would like some sort of confirmation the bug is resolved so I don't lose more items.
