Cant load into my character

I was running a breach and died twice and when i tried to respawn i was stuck in a loading screen. I switched to another character, did a map and switched back to my bugged character and im still stuck on the loading screen. Ive tried restarting my game but nothing. Please help.

Ctrl+click on "play" - select respawn in town/hideout.
