Rogue exile and abyss

Rogue exile spawned on abyss, pretty much on top of a crack (on abyss overrun map), but did not ressurect and nor did he drop a Heart of the well jewel.

I've just had the same issue. Are they guaranteed to respawn as a lichborn? I brought an Omen of Reinforcements and fought two rogue exiles who spawned directly over the abyss (on a map overrun with abyss). Neither of them respawned like I expected them too.

Just had another case, now without "map overrun" modifier, and again, exile did not resurrect.

"ESSENCE OF THE ABYSS"and"HEART OF THE WELL"these two items cannot be obtained, and their interactive events cannot be generated correctly on the abyssal surface. Even those on the abyssal surface are not considered as interactive events.
