spirit gems not working

Few mins ago i got random crash while i was droping my item in the well of souls. i loged in back and my convalescence spell was not on my spell bars, i tryed to put it again but game was not showing it. I pressed G and tryed to re equip it, but when i unequiped it i culdnot put it back. then i tryed to relog few times and still nothing, i have all requirements for that gem, level, free spirit , stats, everything is fine. Then i made new convalescence gem but lower lvl (6), i had lvl 10 before. And it was working fine. but when i try to upgrade it back to 10 , game says operation coudlnot be completed, as i said, im lvl 44, i have all stats and free 93 unreserved spirit. then i made new lvl 11 Blink gem, and i coudlnot equip it either. so what is going on ????
