ice-tipped arrows doesn't work with the thrown spears of storm lance & explosive spear

As title says, according to the wording, it shouldn't interact with the lodged spears, but it should work with the initial impact of the spear, as that behaves as a normal projectile.

Currently it does nothing.

Bugged.
