Bug: all my items are missing after I swapped PS5 to PC

Hi there,
I am PS5 player, but I also have access to PC. Last week after new update 0.3 I logged into PC and all my 7 Merchant stashes were missing. I doubt check Hide/Unhide but only available Regular Stashes and Merchants Stashes all gone. For a week, I have been reported too many emails but nobody helped. Anyone can help me please? This is working as intended; MTX are not shared between PC and PS5.
You'd need to buy them again if you wish to use them on both platforms. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

I am playing in PS5 only. I just tried to log in PC to see my skins and logged out. Then all items gone. I don’t want to pay extra in PC because I dont play in that platform.

Try to check your remove only tabs (hidden in settings by default).
