[Constructive] Rhoa Weapon Swap Bug

The issue arises when using the dual weapon specialization checkboxes automating the weapon swap. When entering a new instance and mounting rhoa as your first action, the skills checkboxed only for weapon set II stop working while riding rhoa.

The way I fix this is by dismounting rhoa, using the weapon set II skill once on foot, and then mounting again. For the remainder of the instance the weaponswap automation is fully functional. It can also be fixed by unequipping and equipping the unworkable skill gem, which forces a rhoa dismount.

This issue has existed since 0.2.
