Minions unsummoning on changing instance

When equipped with a dueling wand and The Dark Defiler unique sceptre when loading an area all spirit reserving abilities are disabled until i unequip the sceptre and then equip a different wand in place of the dueling wand with a different wand and then re equip the sceptre and then reequip the dueling wand.
