Possibly bugged Expedition Atlas Node - Detailed Records

Hello,

When I first entered mapping around level 67 or so I put my first couple of points of Expedition Atlas nodes into Distubred Rest. By the time I hit level 70-75 I had dropped 7 Logbooks. I used 6 of those to get enough splinters to enter the 1st level of Expedition boss encounter. I put my next points into Detailed Records "+1 to Expedition Logbooks, Expedition Logbooks always have 4 Implicit Modifiers".

Since then I have not seen a single logbook dropped after hundreds of maps and at least dozens upon dozens of of Expedition encounters. I am now level 95 almost 96 for frame of reference and I still have one of the first low level logbooks in my expedition tab.

I unspec'd out of Detailed Records and my very next two maps with Expedition both dropped logbooks.

I can't confirm if this was just an extreme case of poor RNG or legitimate, but I believe Detailed Records to be preventing Logbooks from dropping.
