Kitava Microtransaction Animation for Warrior not working as intended

There seems to be a significant bug for the skill Sunder whilst using said Skilleffect, which is it not displaying at all but only while using the fist of war support gem or rather the skill being ancestor empowered. The unempowered version of Sunder works with the Kitava Effect however.
Rolling Slam is missing the spikes and such, it looks really bland and like it is missing particles etc. I doubt that is intended..

I just wanted to add to this that if i look at my skills cosmetics, for some reason fist of war support gem is listed two times there. This may be causing these bugs.
