Server issues and Connection

Hi there,

So firstly i want to say i have played both Poe1 and Poe2 with over 1000hours on both, ive never encountered issues like i have had this last 5days. 0.3 launched and the network and servers were amazing no issues what so ever, but as of last friday i don't know what has happened but im dealing with an unplayable game. I am based in the UAE (dubai) and the closest server to me with low ms is Singapore which is what i was one on launch, but i have tested this now on all different servers from frankfurt to london, amsterdam to no prevail. My network is spiking as high as 1400ms.....this can't be normal, now i know its not my pc as i have run your games for the past 2years, and i know it can't be my connection as im wired in with over 900mb download and upload (and have played your games for 2 years) now something has happened from launch to that friday?

Im still sat to todays date with no luck, i have run WINMTR tests suggested on your website and used chatgpt for help on what im looking at, basically chatgpt has said that my side fine, your servers are fine also but its an issue with the ISP basically data going from my side to your side is incurring packet loss and latency drops. This being said tho i don't understand why everything was fine at launch when really this issue in my mind should of occurred then as you probably had the highest amount of player count then.

I really don't want to admit defeat here but i truly feel like there is nothing i can do my side, ive also never had this kind of issue with any other game ever. Can you give me some sort of advice or maybe it is something your side that needs to be done? Frustrating watching everyone playing the game (although there are quite a few others voicing these issues as well on twitter) so i know im not the only one.

• 1: Your ISP isn't being helpful if they don't pinpoint where along the route the issue is happening
• 2: ChatGPT also is useless diagnosing network errors without providing detailed information and even then good luck
• 3: The instructions GGG provides for WinMTR states
