[0.3] Infernal Legion ignite not converted to chaos with Blackflame Covenant

Playing on patch 0.3 with Witch – Lich Ascendancy.

Bug: Ignite damage from Infernal Legion does not convert to chaos damage when the Blackflame Covenant passive is allocated in the passive tree

Possible cause: The fire damage may be considered as coming from minions instead of the player, so the chaos conversion is not applied.
