frequent crashes on 14900k + 4090

I cant seem to play more than 15-20 minutes today without a crash to desktop. i have tried all fixes I've found on here and no luck so far, are GGG aware? anybody know a fix?

Atleast you can play ryzen 5600 rtx 4070 here and it crashes while is in loading screen
