Hostile Takeover not finishable

I have Ange in my Hideout and talked thousand times to her. But the damn quest doesnt finish/continue and i keep getting the message"speak to Ange" every damn time i enter my HO.
There are no option when speaking with her other than:

left side: "the end of the world"
right side: currency, shop buy/sell, goodbye

You need (temporary) swap to the Shoreline hideout and speak there with Ange.
Look also in Hostile Takeover quest bug POE2 and Cannot complete the Ange quest.
