Premium to Merchant Tab conversion Bug

I have 3 Premium Quad Stash Tabs and one regular Premium Stash Tab that I wanted to convert to merchant tabs. When I go to the menu to convert them on the website it says I have only 1 eligable tab. All of the tabs were purchaced before 0.2 and none of them were upgraded from the basic tabs that the game provides. What is the issue and will it be resolved?
