Premium stash tabs not converting to merchant tab from website.

Hello,
Loving the changes as a retuning player. I know you guys are swamped and hope people appreciate you all enough. Anyways, I know I should be able to convert this tab, when I bought it I remember it specifically saying something about this tab being able to trade at some point. A few friends in game had this issue resolved apparently, I just assumed it was some bug due to being an Xbox player here. They told me to write in. Please fix this for me. Hard enough to sell/buy anything via Xbox controller.
