Waystone deletion on tower input, etc.

Hi, found a bug today where if you're putting a waystone into a tower and then place another one in the same tower it will delete the 1st waystone.

Additional bugs are:

Map bosses not giving atlas points after fulfilling requirements (specifically area lvl 79/80/anomaly, 6 mod maps)

Citadels don't appear on map (hundreds of maps done and not a single citadel). Checked other characters and they show up in standard league no problem.

Sorry forgot 1 other bug where maps associated with the new deadly map bosses such as find the karui waystone or find the hengestone don't work and reset the map constantly while not allowing you to progress towards the deadly boss.
