Re-Ascended from Blood-mage to Lich Issue

I recently re-ascended my blood-mage to a lich, the issue is that I am still sacrificing 3% of my energy shield per spell cast from the blood-mage ascendancy even though the character is now a lich. Character: ChaosDeez

Dang it your right! Thanks for pointing that out I was looking at everything and couldn't see where that was coming from. Took that notable before switching over to lich assuming it was a blood-mage thing. Now I feel stupid.
