Reforging Bench Bug

I am writing to report an issue I encountered in Path of Exile 2 after my character transitioned from SSF to the Standard league. Upon logging into the Standard league, I noticed that the Reforging Bench was missing from both the town areas and my hideout.​

To address this, I attempted to reacquire the Reforging Bench by repeating the "Treasures of Utzaal" quest. I revisited the Molten Vault and defeated Mektul, the Forgemaster. However, the Hammer of Kamasa did not drop upon his defeat, and the quest did not reappear in my quest log. As a result, I am unable to unlock the Reforging Bench in the Standard league.​
