PSA for all freezing and stuttering issues

ALL of my performance issues have been caused by running POE Overlay
II through the Overwolf application. Shutting down the Overwolf process immediately fixed all my issues including stuttering, black screen on login, freeze and lockups, disconnects and map losses, ping spikes, and shader spikes.

Hopefully this info helps out anyone who has had the same experience.
