HELP! Disconnected-The instance is full - Grimhaven map bug?!

Was trying to joing a public party map when i entered the wrong portal abysall depths or something and saw no one was there and the party is in another map i wanted to exit trough a portal that was right there on the map to a map called Grimhaven, when i clicked on it dced me saying the instance is full, now when i log on to that char the game load screen says grimhaven and then dc and instance full msg. pls help!!! my buddy is outlevling me and i want to play
