Disconnect From Game Instance

When attempting Temple of Chaos made it to the 5th trial where character froze. It then disconnected me from the game where I had to rerun the executable. It then ended my Temple of Chaos attempt losing my token. It was a level 78 with 10 trials. Am I able to get the token returned via inventory OR are there settings that I can change in order to prevent this from happening again?
