Twisted Domain bugged

Hello!
Today I tried to complete the Twisted Domain Tier I.
Started the map just fine but got disconnected and there are no mobs either the breach to start the event again.
Sent an email with a video attached but was told to post the report here (even tho I cant attach the video)
