Blink + Unwavering Stance

Im not sure if this is a Bug or intended and im missing something and would like clarification

Blink in the 0.3 patch notes says it no longer counts as a dodge roll

Blink: Using Blink no longer counts as dodge rolling. Now has a minimum Gem level of 8 (previously 14).

Should blink work with unwavering stance? If so then it is bugged and not working properly. If its not suppose to work then disregard this post (Even though I think it should work considering you are using 60 spirit)
