Wolvenhold - Oswin Not Granting +2 Passives

I've killed Oswin in interlude one 6 or 7 times now on my titan and he's dropping loot but not the skill book. The skull icon for him on the map is also not getting crossed out upon completion. Tried creating new instances, restarting the game, and joining someone else's game to do it but no luck. I didn't have any issues with this on my first two characters.

Nevermind, I figured it out. The book went into my "Titan Inventory Expansion" section which was closed for me.
