[PoE 2] Stuck in boss arena, cannot leave after relog

I got stuck inside a boss arena in PoE 2. Exiting to character select, relogging, Alt+F4 and creating a new instance does not remove me from the arena. I am permanently stuck inside.

Hold down Ctrl while clicking the button to enter the game on that character.
You won't be taken to the boss arena. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
