Temporal Sandstorm Boss Room (Ball Lightning/Lightning Warp)

You are unable to lightning warp on ball lightnings in the new citadel type boss room in the temporal sandstorm. It works perfectly fine in the rest of the map but as soon as you enter the boss room you can no longer warp to your ball lightnings.
