Conservative casting bug or wrong skill inforamtion.

Hello GGG team.

As in the topic.

I tryied to reduce cost of my spells by some extra % and found "Conservative casting" skill that gives "Increase mana cost efficiency 15%" and instead reducing mana it rise it.
That makes me a little sad bcs i used my talisman and destilation to gain it. Other skill "Efficient Casting" with the same info "Increase mana cost efficiency 20%" is working properly, reducing my mana consumption.
