Navali's Rest - Permanent 5% Max Mana Buff

When interacting with the Object (Pool, or Table, or whatever it was) in the Eye of Hinekora to obtain the 5% Max Mana Permanent Buff, you will immediately get the Message in the Chat to tell you you obtained the Buff, the Icon on the World-Map, that would mark you as having obtained this Buff however, will not disappear until you complete the Dialogue with Navali after interacting with the object (as far as i can tell at least - maybe the exact condition for the Buff-Icon to be marked off is different).
This is problematic because once you leave that instance in which you made Navali spawn in and have it reset, you will not have another option to finish the dialogue ever again since on a repeat clear of the area Navali wont be present or be able to spawned in, leading to this Icon not being able to be ticked off under this circumstance, which will lead to people re-running this zone multiple times to try and acquire the Buff, when they possibly already obtained it.
