Cannot use Lightning warp in Sacred Reservoir map boss fight (Zahmir boss fight)

When fighting Zahmir i was unable to use Lightning warp on my Ball lightning
By end of the fight i also cannot use Lightning warp to cull boss.

P.S. I could cast Lightning warp, animation, mana consumption and all of that was there, but it didn't do anything(

I second that, guess the skill is glitchy rn.

Tried dying once and still the same, can't use warps.

Also, I must add I was on Frankfurt server and right before the boss the server lag spike thing happened which reset my minimap. This is also another thing to look into but it may not be related I'm not sure.

Hope its fixed quickly. Made a 10 sec fight to 2-3 min long which was pretty boring.
