Rhoa Mount Skill and Weapon Skin Issues on PlayStation 5

Hello,

I'm playing the game on PlayStation 5. Although my Rhoa Mount skill appears to be active, it suddenly disappeared and no longer shows up on the screen. I tried the following steps to fix the issue:

Restarted the game

Powered off and on the console

Unequipped and re-equipped all items

Removed and reinserted all gems

Re-purchased the Rhoa Mount gem

The skill still shows as active, but it does not appear in-game. I can’t mount it, and I don’t receive any of its bonuses.

Additionally, I can no longer use my weapon skin. The game now says the skin doesn’t match my current weapon, even though it did before.

This issue has persisted for 4–5 hours.
What can I do to resolve it?

Have you figured out a fix for this by any chance? I’m running into the same issue with my Rhoa mount not being usable at all
