Cannot use omen of Sovereign/Liege/Blackblooded with Rib bones

For some reason, when you use those omens with the rib to desecrate an armour, you are met with "Omen is incompatible with this desecrating item", no matter what the armour is, the mods, or anything of the sort.

Those omens work perfectly fine with collarbone and jawbone, and nothing tells us it shouldn't work with rib bones
