Temple of Chaos bugged?

I tried to finalize some trials here and I;ve died

When i am trying to do it again i cannot enter the "The Trial of Chaos" gate opened (old instance) and it does not allows me to put another inscribed ultimatum on the templa offering





How can I fix this?
